I had the opportunity to work with Roman at Conduktor. He demonstrated a strong ability to work on complex backend features and consistently met tight deadlines to deliver them.

He worked on the Data Quality solution, taking ownership of designing and implementing backend API endpoints and the core logic. The feature was successfully delivered within a couple of weeks.

Roman also contributed to the design of the metrics system. He participated in writing architecture documents to explore options and make decisions about the architecture for tracking policy and rule violations.

He was also involved in customer support, helping diagnose and resolve complex backend bugs to unblock urgent situations for some of our largest customers.
